So glad to hear the therapy is working, Stanley. What a wonderful day it will be to see you back in your office enjoying your retirement in the house that you built.
Continued success in your treatment.
I look forward to your next concert!

long way to go David and thanks for your warm wishes on the way
Arms around you – while the news sounds so good what you are likely going through on all levels is so hard. With palm pressed together Dear Stan.
it is hard and also OK
You taught me so much about how to be a patient and how to live with my illness. I know that everything you taught me came from inside you, and it will all be there for you to draw on. Sending all best wishes.
good reminder,,,
Bless you for sharing your joy, Stanley, so that it can also become ours! And we rejoice that the response to immunotherapy has been positive. We already all still holding you close.
thanks
Good news! And I’m reading your post today, 7 March, which is my birthday so the universe is moving in the right direction. It’s a gray day at work and this news took away the clouds. Hope 2 cu soon. Jeffrey L.
Dearest Stan, you’re making headway. We hold you close to heart. Deep breaths.
will be in touch soon as I learn how to manage treatment effects a bit better.
Stan, your words make it clear how it is possible to feel a range of contrasting emotions all at once – and it makes sense! I continue to pray for your healing and well-being and look forward to hearing you and the band perform again! R’fuah Sh’laimah
grief is of course a paradox of pain fear and joy and love

Hi Stan,
I am so happy to hear that your treatment is working, and then said to hear how you are feeling physically and emotionally! I think of you often. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Love and support to you and your family, Peggy
we have a reassuring ct scan result however that is not yet evidence of it working in a durable way and I still have the same symptoms so just to keep it real..I am reporting a favorable ct scan showing some welcome drug effect. Stay tuned for the clinical meaning of this good interim finding.I look forward to sharing the important news to all of us but try to make the meaning precise.
So glad to hear progress is being made even though it sounds like it’s a painful regimen you have to follow.
All the best to you.
John
It is physicallyand mentally challenging and tolerable so far

Prayers, blessings, and energy come your way from Minnesota. I am so grateful that the therapy is working. We are not ready for you to be with the ancestors!
will keep doing it while I can
Dear Stanley. Thank you so much for keeping me – and all “your people” – informed of all that you are going through. I am sending deeply heartfelt love to you and your supportive family who, though I only know them indirectly, I can tell is the very definition of what “family” means. Remembering Dr Sagov’s “famous jokes”, I wish I had one to tell you here but… Hugs!!!
got it and know you and I are our people
We send you our love, Stanley.
thanks ..

as you say music is foundational for some of us
are we not lucky to have that path of expression beyond words
Good news is good news! Hoping things continue in this direction. Who ever expected you would be in contact with so many people around this issue at this time and in this way? It’s like an ever-unfolding mystery, with you as both viewer and protagonist…
all right I will take it as good news then ..thanks for support

Hi Stanley,
We are very glad to hear some good news from you – however tentative it may be. You are one tough cookie – with a heart of gold!
With love and solidarity,
Ken, Raysa, and Marcelo
Stan,
This past year I saw you was sitting in front of a group of captivated second year medical students who were all so inspired by your stories on the importance of taking a great history, understanding the heart of a patient, and delivering information in an effective and clear manner through an oral presentation. So glad to hear about the positive changes. And congratulations about becoming emeritus faculty at tufts!
Truly, you are an inspiration.
All the best,
-Clinton
I have love knowing and watching you grow and love being a part of our work .learning and teaching together
So good to hear some positive news, Stan! Your piece says more than can be put into words. Always thinking about you.
